Ana Ortiz de Guinea Lopez de Arana has a degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad de Deusto (Spain), a M.Sc. in Management from the University of Lethbridge (Canada), and a Ph.D. in Management from Queen’s University (Canada). She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Strategy and Information Systems of Deusto Business School (Spain). She is responsible for the undergraduate Internship program and the Digital Environments Management program, where she teaches various courses. Her research focuses on explaining the adoption, use, and impacts of Information Systems (IS) for employees and organizations. He research has been published in the top journal of the IS field such as MIS Quarterly, the Journal of Management Information System, the Journal of the Association for Information Systems and the European Journal of Information Systems.
