Andoni Eguíluz Morán holds a BA in Computing from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Deusto. He is currently a lecturer at the University of Deusto, teaching at the Bilbao and San Sebastian campuses.He teaches on the BAs in Computer Engineering and the Master’s in Computer Engineering. He lectures in: Programming II and Programming III (BA) and Interactive Multimedia and Video Games (Master’s).His publications mainly focus on education technologies. He has particularly worked on the use of games in education (gamification, serious games) for the last few years.He is a member of DeustoTech Learning research team, as part of DeustoTech (Deusto Foundation).His main research areas also include accessibility, multimedia, programming, computational thinking training for children, and the gender bias in computer and other engineering careers.
