What will you learn in this degree programme?

In the Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering you will learn how to design applications and systems in the Internet cloud, both for businesses and end users. In addition, you will also be able to lead and manage technical and business projects related to ICTs, and to successfully carry out numerous functions in a wide range of sectors, a versatility that is highly valued professionally.

Moreover, thanks to the combination with our Deusto degree in Videogames, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, you will acquire skills that will enable you:

Study in several languages

You can combine subjects taught in Spanish, English and Basque.
Before completing the Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering,

you must provide proof of having a B2 level in English (equivalent to the University of Cambridge First Certificate).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (optional English/Spanish bilingual degree)

If you take at least 40% of the credits in English and prove you have a C1 level, the University of Deusto will certify your language skills in this language. To accredit the C1 level, students should hold an equivalent official certificate or pass an internal test at the University of Deusto..

 

Admission into the Master’s degree

Once you have completed the Bachelor’s degree, you can progress to the Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, lasting one year and a half.

 

Prácticas

Las prácticas en empresa son un complemento fundamental para el desarrollo profesional. Tienen como objetivo conseguir una formación integral del estudiante de manera que pueda poner en práctica los conocimientos teóricos obtenidos a lo largo de su formación y además, obtener una experiencia profesional que será muy valorada para su incorporación al mercado laboral.

Actualmente, gestionamos convenios de prácticas con más de 100 empresas del sector de la ingeniería.

Las prácticas se desarrollan en 4º curso, son optativas y se realizan bajo la tutela de un profesional de la entidad colaboradora y con el apoyo de un profesor de la facultad.
